New York City needs its own place on the Internet. Just like Germany has .de and France has .fr, New York City should have
.nyc so any resident can set up a personal, business, or directory site.
Connecting.nyc is the New York State not-for-profit corporation formed by people dedicated to getting .nyc
for you use by city institutions, businesses, and residents.
How do we get .nyc? There's a licensing group named ICANN. This small powerful group
decides who gets their dot on the world wide map of the internet.
We'd like your help -- to get started, click
on one of the buttons at the top of the screen to take action and help
out.
Thanks!
